Toshiba 13.3-inch tablet badged as AT330, gets TV tuner

updated 08:15 pm EDT, Wed March 21, 2012

Another Tegra 3-powered Android 4.0 tablet

Toshiba has finally unveiled its 13.3-inch tablet prototype, now known as the AT330, which was originally announced several weeks ago as a concept. The company is showing off the prototype at its Toshiba World event in Bonn, Germany, where the company reiterated preliminary features, such as an integrated TV tuner and NVIDIA's Tegra 3 chipset.

The 13.3-inch display makes the device one of the largest tablets to be powered by Google's mobile operating system, matching the display size of traditional notebook computers. Aside from the display, however, it appears to match the specs from most 10-inch tablets, including a five-megapixel primary camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, HDMI output and 32GB of storage.

Toshiba has yet to confirm if the prototype will be developed into a production model. If so, pricing and launch information has yet to be publicly estimated. [via Techfokus]
