Flipboard comes to French App Store

Air Studios has announced the launch of AirVinyl for the iPhone. Taking inspiration from high-end decks and systems of the '70s and '80s, AirVinyl includes a retro tape deck interface that allows users to create mix tapes and playlists that can be shared via social networks. Any playlists already stored on an iPhone will also be available as Mixtapes, and compatibility with iTunes Match allows users to stream music from their iCloud library. The iPhone version of AirVinyl is currently being sold for the introductory price of $1, while the iPad version sells for $3.

Flipboard released in French App Store

Flipboard, a social magazine for iOS devices that aggregates stories shared by friends across social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, as well as from pre-selected news sources, is now available in the French App Store. In addition to a French localization, the app includes a content guide curated specifically with French publications, blogs, and other content sources. Flipboard is available as a free download in the App Store.
