Leak details full hardware specs for HTC Endeavor (One X)

updated 09:25 pm EST, Thu February 16, 2012

Source corroborates earlier reports

HTC's upcoming Endeavor handset, which may be relabeled as the One X when it arrives in stores, has been detailed in yet another leak ahead of an official introduction. The latest information, which was posted by MoDaCo, corroborates many of the hardware specs that first appeared in several recent leaks, including a 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 processor.

The flagship Android handset is said to integrate a 4.7-inch Super LCD panel with 1280x720 resolution, rather than an AMOLED touchscreen. Notification LEDs are said to be limited to green and amber lights, while a power button and volume rocker are believed to be the only hardware buttons.

The Endeavor is expected to offer the same speaker dock connection as the Galaxy Nexus. The company is also claimed to be working on a Beats-branded speaker dock and a Bluetooth speaker bar. It is unclear if the 1800mAh battery is removable, though sources suggest there is no microSD slot to complement the 32GB integrated storage.

Other hardware features are expected to include a 21Mbps HSDPA 3G radio, gyro sensor, FM radio, NFC, and an eight-megapixel primary camera with a backlit sensor. Android 4.0.3 is said to be the current build, paired with Sense 4.0, though the company is expected to update to 4.0.5 before launch.

HTC has yet to provide any official details, though the handset is viewed as a likely focus for the company at Mobile World Congress later this month.
