BeatBlaster iPad app

Noise Industries has released a new plug-in for Final Cut Pro users, while AppConcept has launched its new audio playback app for the iPad

Noise Industries has announced the launch of Viewfinder HUD, a new plug-in package for Final Cut Pro, Motion and After Effects. Offered for $80, the software includes three filters, Binoculars, Target, and Viewfinder OSD, that allow users to simulate the appearance of different viewfinders. All of the filters include a host of customization options for personalizing each effect to a film's specific needs.

BeatBlaster app simulates home audio components

BeatBlaster, a new iPad app that simulates several Hi-Fi sound system components, has been released in the App Store. The heart of the app, the Player, allows users to switch between iPod and radio modes, adjust the equalizer, follow lyrics, and lookup information on artists. Other features include turntable and speaker views, as well as a virtual library that places a user's entire music library on a virtual CD shelf. BeatBlaster can be purchased in the App Store for $3.
