Ten One Design has announced the launch of the Magnus, a new magnetic stand for the iPad 2. Constructed from a single piece of aluminum, the stand takes advantage of the iPad 2's built-in magnets and holds the device securely in the landscape orientation. While not designed for use with iPad cases, the stand will still work with thin protective skins. The Magnus can be ordered for $50 through the company's online store, and will begin shipping next week.
