MBS plug-ins version 12 launched
PhatWare has updated its mobile note-taking application with a multilingual handwriting recognition engine, while the MBS plug-in suite has been updated to version 12
PhatWare has launched a new version of its note-taking and handwriting recognition app, WritePad. Version 6.0 introduces a new handwriting recognition engine that supports seven languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. The ability to look up word definitions has also been added with the latest release, along with improved Twitter support, and a new startup wizard. WritePad 6.0 can be purchased in the App Store for $10, which includes one language of the user's choice. Support for additional languages can be purchased in-app for $3 per language.
MBS plug-in for Real Studio reaches version 12.0
MBS plug-in for Real Studio, a collection of plug-ins that extend the Real Studio development environment with 1,500 classes, has been updated. The update does not add any significant new features, but instead focuses on improving existing components. The LCMS2 plug-in now allows users to edit, modify, and create tone curves, while improvements to NSAttributedStringMBS and NSMutableAttributedStringMBS let users better handle attributes. The update also addresses several critical bugs related to console graphics, text encodings and picture handling.
