LG Spectrum leaks in full ahead of launch

The LG Spectrum has had virtually all of its details spoiled through a discovery Thursday. Confirming that it's a Verizon-specific version of the Optimus LTE, Droid-Life showed that it would have the same 4.5-inch, 720p display, dual-core 1.5GHz processor, and namesake 4G. LG's customized Android 2.3 would stay intact aside from preloaded, Verizon-exclusive HD ESPN Scorecenter and Netflix HD apps as well as Swype's keyboard.

Only 4GB of storage would be built-in, although Verizon would supply a 16GB microSDHC card. Hotspot support on the network will let it host as many as 10 devices at once.

The hardware would cost about the same as its ancestor the Revolution, at between $249 to $299 on a contract and $569 to $649 outside of those terms. Verizon is poised to ship the Spectrum on January 19 and may unveil it at CES, albeit probably through LG's press event rather than solely from Verizon.
