Verizon December dates may have escaped
A tentative leak may have narrowed down the release dates for Verizon's last wave of devices for 2011. The tips to Droid-Life had the Galaxy Nexus arriving a day later than widely reported, on December 9. The Motorola Droid XYBoard tablets would arrive just days later, on December 12.
Next up would be a white Droid RAZR sometime in mid-December. A very last release would have the Droid 4 in shops just three days before Christmas, or December 22.
Motorola hasn't narrowed down its dates but has said the tablets would be in stores before the end of the year.
Launching as many as three major Motorola devices in December would be an unusual step for Motorola, which this year deliberately saved up four phones for a keynote at CES. It hints either that Motorola doesn't have significant plans for the Las Vegas show or that whatever it launches will be headed to other carriers.
