Ntractive updates Elements CRM to version 4

Fully supports Lion, 10X faster


Elements CRM 4.0 is now out, sporting a more Lion-compatible interface along with better navigation and 10x speed improvements. In addition, Ntractive has released Elements CRM Mail 2.0, which sports its own set of improvements. The Pro edition of Elements also sports new features such as PayPal Website Pro support, the ability to customize invoices and other forms, a re-designed reports elements and automatic backup.

The program is a customer relationship manager that leverages cloud syncing to make the data seamlessly available to mobile devices. It uses modules called "Elements" to compartmentalize its features as well as offer the ability to add on new modules as needed, such as the CRM Mail 2.0 add-on. It features an administrative mode, along with Home, Calendar, In/Out time tracking, Personal contacts as well as Sales contacts, a Product database, a password tool, e-mail marketing support, a project manager and more.

The new version now also supports double-byte languages such as Japanese, Korean and Chinese. The Pro version gains six new elements, including a designer module for form customization, Reports, Payments, Backup, Utilities and a Connect module that allows use the Elements CRM SDK to flow information directly into the database from web sites or mobile apps.

The new version is available now and is free to current users. Small business pricing starts at $25 per user per month, and Pro pricing starts at $45 per user per month. It's available directly from Ntractive or from the Mac App Store.
