Digital Heaven releases new FCPX plug-ins
IK Multimedia has released an iPad optimized version of its VocaLive software, while Digital Heaven has announced the launch of two new plug-ins for FCPX and Motion 5
IK Multimedia's VocaLive app for the iPad is now available for purchase through the App Store. The vocal processing app includes five audio effects, Pitch Fix, Choir, Morph, De-Esser and Double, as well seven studio effects such as reverb and delay. The iPad release builds upon the existing app through the inclusion of a fourth effect slot and the ability to use two vocal effects per signal processing chain. Additionally, the reset browser has been made amiable in the main window and the favorites section has been expanded from 4 to 40 through the use of a new bank button.
Two new FxPlug filter plug-ins for Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5, DH_BoxX and DH_ReincarnationX, have been released by Digital Heaven. DH_BoxX is a filter for creating custom full-frame to split screen effects, while DH_ReincarnationX automatically replaces daed pixels in digital footage. Both plug-ins have been built with Apple's latest FxPlug 2 architecture allowing them to take full advantage of both GPU rendering and 64-bit processing. DH_BoxX and DH_ReincarnationX can be purchased through Digital Heaven's online store for $39 and $69 respectively.
