Harman Kardon iPod dock gets multiple connections

Harman Kardon has just rolled out the MS 150 iPhone/iPod dock. It stands as a rare high-end, mixed format entry with both a slot-loaded CD player and an FM radio tuner. The dock has two 30W loudspeakers and two 3.5mm headphone jacks as well as a 3.5mm audio input for connecting devices other than iPods and iPhones.

Among extras, the FM tuner has RDS for displaying text that includes song and artist information. A subwoofer output lets users extend the bass response as well. Composite and S-Video outputs let users show off the photo and video contents of their iPods and iPhones on a connected TV.

A dimmer automatically makes the display more friendly at night, while an alarm and sleep timer are built-in.

The MS 150 is priced at $690.
