iHome ships iDM15 rechargeable Bluetooth speakers

Audio gear maker iHome is now shipping the iDM15, a new set of Bluetooth stereo speakers. While aimed mainly at iPhone, iPod and iPad users, the speakers should also work with any other device capable of Bluetooth audio. Phone owners can take advantage of features like a built-in microphone and call and answer buttons.
The speakers rely on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for power. Meanwhile, a travel case included with the speakers can be turned into a stand, and should be large enough to support an iPad. iHome says it is currently selling the speakers for $99, although they are not yet available through the iHome or online Apple store websites.
