Cases cover iPad 2 face, fold to display stands
Acme Made is announcing two new cases for the iPad 2 today. The Orikata is a polyurethane leather-finish folio case. It provides a flip-up port to expose the rear camera, uses a microfiber lining for scratch protection and can be configured as a stand for display or keyboard purposes. The case also allows full access to the iPad's ports. It is expected to ship soon in black for $50.
The InfiniteAngle case is another folio design that uses a strap for anchoring the case at any display or typing angle. The case is made from vegan-friendly materials with a velvet liner, while allowing full port access. It features automatic on/off functionality and will ship in black for $60.
Acme Made's website has not gone live with the new cases, but the company is expecting to ship them almost immediately.
