Samsung Stratosphere hinted at by Verizon support

Verizon Wireless is readying to launch a 4G LTE handset known as the Samsung Stratosphere. According to Droid-Life, a placeholder for the phone has been placed on Verizon's support web page, though it's not yet populated or made available to the public since it sits in contrast to other device names.

While some believe this could be a codename and the smartphone may turn out to be the Galaxy S II, though this is just conjecture. If this proves to be true, it will not likely arrive this month, but will be a 4G LTE handset with a dual-core processor in its CPU.
