Apple pushes deeper into Italy with Rozzano retail store

updated 11:35 am EDT, Tue June 28, 2011

Milan joins European regions with multiple stores

Apple is making a rare Italian store opening on Saturday. The shop will be based in the Fiordaliso commercial center in the town of Rozzano, and open at 10AM local time, with regular hours running from 9AM to 10PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30AM to 9PM on Saturdays. The first workshops are scheduled to take place on July 4th.

Rozzano is just seven miles southwest of Milan, which will make Milan one of the few urban areas in Europe with multiple Apple Stores. Some others include London, Paris and Zurich. The vast majority of Apple Stores are concentrated in the United States, with a disproportionate number being located in California.
