Suspect flees without taking any goods
The Greensboro Apple Store in North Carolina is closed today following an early-morning robbery attempt, according to local media. A call to police was made at about 4:43AM, after a dark gray Honda intentionally plowed through the store's glass facade. Photos (below) show a cracked glass panel thrown to the floor and scattered debris.
Police note that despite the effort taken, the suspect fled the scene without stealing anything. The person is officially described as a white male wearing a white shirt and a hooded mask, although a security guard quoted by 107.5 KZL claims the suspect was wearing a white ninja suit. The car was reported stolen at about 6AM today.
Apple has encountered increasing problems with its decision to use glass facades at retail. The stores have been hit by a growing number of robberies, many of which are smash-and-grabs in which the thieves quickly escape. One incident in March resulted in a security guard killing a thief during a firefight.

What the....
can it get any worst than this? It's safer to work for bank than Apple Store these days. Apple Store needs to install missile to vehicles warhead.
