High-gloss polycarbonate case offers UV coating
SwitchEasy has launched a lightweight hardcase for the iPad 2, the SwitchEasy Nude for iPad 2. The ultra-thin polycarbonate snap-on case features a UV-resistant glossy coating, easy access to buttons and comes in multiple colors. The unit ships with a pair of fold-out stands -- one white, one black -- jack and dock protectors and other accessories.
The case adds only 1.8mm (0.07 inches) to the iPad 2 and uses what the company calls a "revolutionary" Duo UV scratch-resistant coating that maintains a good grip. It is available in seven colors, including UltraBlack, UltraClear, White, Red, Lime, Fuchsia and Blue.
The case kit includes an anti-static screen guard, an applicator, a microfiber cloth, two headphone jack protectors and two dock protectors.
The SwitchEasy NUDE for iPad 2 costs $30 and is shipping now.
