Sharp announces four new Aquos Quattron HDTVs

Sharp has added a new range to its Aquos Quattron HDTVs with the LE830. It includes 60-, 52-, 46- and 40-inch models, each with integrated Wi-Fi and access to CinemaNow, Netflix and Vudu services. All are also DLNA certified for streaming content from home networks.

The Quattron moniker means they share the company's own quad-pixel technology that adds yellow pixels for deeper and brighter colors. Each gets four HDMI inputs as well and is Energy Star 5.1-qualified.

The new 60-inch set costs $2,800, the 52-inch model $1,900, the 46-inch $1,500 and the 40-inch $1,300.
