Device expected to be introduced tomorrow
Corroborating several recent rumors, specs for HTC's Evo 3D and Evo View 4G devices have been reaffirmed ahead of the expected launch tomorrow at CTIA in Orlando. Pictures from HTC's CTIA booth, captured during setup and posted on Pocketnow, provide further confirmation of the hardware features of HTC's flagship smartphone and tablet.
The Evo 3D smartphone appears to integrate a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, while the 4.3-inch display features 960x540 resolution and glasses-free 3D presentation. Other specs include 5- and 1.3-megapixel cameras, 1080p video recording in 2D, and 720p video capture in 3D.
The Evo View 4G, which represents a reworked variant of the Flyer tablet, steps up to a 1.5GHz processor paired with a 1024x600 display spanning seven inches. Like its smaller cousin, the tablet integrates dual cameras and pairs HTC's Sense UI with Google's Android OS.
The marketing materials list Sprint's logo alongside specs for each device. Additional details, including pricing and launch time frames, are expected to be disclosed tomorrow.
