ATT unveils LG Thrill 4G and HTC HD7s

AT&T kicked off its presence at CTIA by bringing over two ports of existing but major smartphones. The Thrill 4G is its adaptation of the LG Optimus 3D and has its unique, glasses-free 4.3-inch 3D display as well as the high-speed, dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor. It still runs Android 2.2 and has dual five-megapixel cameras to capture 3D video in 720p as well as a front camera and the requisite HSPA+ support.

The HD7s in turn is both an adaptation and an improvement on the HTC HD7 for T-Mobile. Apart from switching to AT&T's 3G bands, it comes with the NoDo copy-and-paste text update already installed and an "improved" 4.3-inch display, though AT&T was shy on what this would involve. The 1GHz Snapdragon, rear five-megapixel camera and 16GB of internal storage will be familiar to T-Mobile owners.

AT&T is vague on release dates and promises the HD7s in the "coming weeks," while the Thrill 4G isn't due until sometime in the "coming months."
