Should open doors by November
Apple is already planning to build a fourth retail store in the greater Paris area, a report says. The company is said to have set its sights on the Carré Sénart shopping complex, actually located about 30 miles south of Paris in the city's suburbs. The Apple Store will reportedly open by November; the date is almost guaranteed, given that Apple has historically preferred to have outlets ready before Black Friday shopping.
The Sénart store will be Apple's second in the Parisian suburbs, joining one in Vélizy-Villacoublay to the west. The company has concentrated most French retail efforts on downtown Paris, opening high-profile shops near the Louvre and the Garnier operahouse. The only ones away from Paris include one in Montpellier and another in Nice.

Paris is in Europe
Europe doesn't have Black Fridays. I don't know what Apple historically have done, but I'm pretty sure Black Friday is not a consideration when opening European stores.
