Allows businesses to create web, iOS portal apps
Intrexx is a cross-platform, Java-based solution to creating and managing business data from contacts to invoicing, document management and employee scheduling, and making it available to authorized employees through either web portals or by creating mobile apps for platforms like iOS. Now available on the Mac, Intrexx harnesses the easy availability of the web to make vast amounts of business data accessible to employees on the go.
Businesses can use Intrexx to create enterprise web portals for all their database-driven needs, for the benefit of managers, employees or customers, and giving them access to files, reports, customer data, scheduling or other interactive information without the complexity or expense of dedicating staff and resources to such a project. Likewise, a mobile-app version of the portal can easily be created to make accessing it easier from anywhere -- Intrexx can compile an iPhone, iPad or Blackberry app from business applications and data on the web portal with just a few clicks.
United Planet, the developer, offers a two-user version of Intrexx for approximately $67 (€49) for a limited time. Versions are also available for Windows, Linux and Solaris.
