Also carries a price premium in some listings
Adding to our various stories of white iPhone listings recently turning up in Germany, various UK cell providers, Best Buy, AT&T's online account manager and even Apple's online store internal database, new sightings today have been reported by 9to5Mac on Apple's online stores in Australia and Switzerland, adding further fuel to the speculation that production problems that have plagued the white iPhone have been solved and the model will finally be available worldwide in the near future.
As for exactly when, the only clue so far is Best Buy's listed debut date of February 27th, but this could well be a "dummy" date and the listing has since been pulled. There has also been some evidence that the white model will sell at a small premium over the black one, further enhancing its "status symbol" stature.
