A more silver look, plus front-facing camera

T-Mobile's Samsung Galaxy S 4G has appeared in a series of more definitive photos. Also referred to as the Samsung Vibrant 4G, the new photos clearly show that 4G update does not differ greatly in external appearance to the original Samsung GalaxyS 3G. The most notable external changes are silver color touches and a front-facing camera. The version snapped in the photos is also still running Android 2.2 (Froyo), although Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) remains a possibility for the shipping model.

When it arrives on the T-Mobile HSPA+ 4G network, the phone will operate at a theoretical maximum download speed of 21Mbps. It will center on 4-inch AMOLED display and will be powered by Samsung's own 1GHz Hummingbird processor. It comes standard with 16GB RAM and is user expandable to 32GB.

It's rear-facing camera is 5-megapixels, although it does not seem that Samsung have yet added an LED flash to the phone despite the overhaul to other aspects of the device. [via Android Central]
