Contains one known issue
Apple is already seeding a new beta of Mac OS X 10.6.7 Server, notes AppleInsider. The delta is 468.3MB, and unlike today's matching client beta comes with one known issue. In some cases clients may fail to NetBoot from a NetRestore image created with the v10.6.6 version of Server, Apple informs.
The beta is said to represent the first time Apple has posted client and Server pre-releases on the same day and with the same build date. In the past Apple has reportedly seeded Server betas no less than a day after the client code. It's speculated that Apple may have decided to streamline its internal beta process, allowing Server users to get started right away, particularly with regard to security threats.
