CAZE ships .5mm Zero 5 iPhone case

updated 04:10 pm EST, Tue January 18, 2011

Case uses TR-90 plastic, comes in four colors

CAZE has launched the Zero 5, a new iPhone 4 case. The model is made of TR-90 plastic, said to provide a mix of strength and reduced weight. It is in fact just .5mm thick, with a matte finish for better grip. It wraps around the back, corners and sides of a phone, protruding slightly above the front face for extra protection.

All buttons and ports are accessible while the case is in use, including the dock connector. It ships with a free screen protector, and a back protector, designed to protect the rear glass. Other bundled items include an iPhone stand and a microfiber cloth.

The Zero 5 comes in gray, blue, clear and pink tones. It is shipping now for $20.

    Interesting..

So does that mean it will fit inside Apple's standard dock?

    Best case....

....but the lack of including appropriate dock inserts is the achilles heel of most iPhone cases.

I thinking Agent 18 are the only ones with the smarts to provide such.

Nevertheless, I have the CAZE case, although the clear one, and it is undoubtedly the best case available for iPhone 4.
