Review: QuickBooks 2011 for Mac

updated 04:20 pm EST, Wed November 10, 2010

New version adds mullti-user support

MacNN has reviewed QuickBooks 2011, focusing on the upgrade from 2010 and how it compares to its Windows counterpart. The 2011 edition enables multi-user access, with User Permissions for administrating the accounts of multiple workers. It also adds mileage tracking and reports, along with a more Mac-like interface.

The software does lack some Windows features, and suffers from some document incompatibilities. Check out the review to see MacNN's conclusions. QuickBooks costs $220. It requires Mac OS X 10.6, and 1GB of RAM.
