CARA case uses unique cover design
SwitchEasy has launched a new iPad case, the CARA. The new case brings 360-degree protection in a folio design, encasing the iPad in an elastomer material with a polycarbonate screen shield. The front face, covering the iPad screen, has a unique, hexagonal ribbed pattern with a high-gloss finish. The case comes with a number of accessories, including two portable fold-out stands, one in black and one in white, along with an antistatic screen guard and a squeegee screen-guard applicator. It also ships with a microfiber wipe and a pair of headphone jack protectors and two dock protectors. The CARA is available in black, red and white for $50.
Waterfield has also launched a new iPad case, the iPad Wallet. The new case carries an iPad, a wireless keyboard and a power cable. It uses scratch-free pockets, foam lining and impact-resistant plastic inserts to separate and protect a keyboard and an iPad. It has an interior and an exterior pocket for carrying cables or other small items. The iPad Wallet can accommodate an iPad in a case, while an optional strap allows users to carry the wallet as a bag. It uses YKK self-locking zippers and is available in black, tan, light and dark green, orange and white colors. It will ship on October 31 for $80. Optional d-rings cost $5, while a simple shoulder strap is $10 and a suspension shoulder strap can be added for $20. Customers can pre-order the case today.
