MOTO MT716 for China Mobile gets formal intro
Motorola has taken the wraps off its latest smartphone for the Chinese market in the MOTO MT716. The handset operates on China Mobile's 3G network and uses the carrier's OPhone OS 2.0 software. It combines a 3.7-inch, 480x854 touchscreen along with a horizontal slide-out hardware QWERTY keyboard.
There's an 8-megapixel autofocus camera onboard with a dual-LED flash and the ability to record 720p HD video. The processor is a 600MHz TI OMAP3430 unit, and the device gets Bluetooth 2.1, aGPS and a front-facing camera. China's Wi-Fi equivalent, WAPI, is onboard as well.
