The movie includes four different segments that address different topics, such as the repercussions of baby names, and a theory to why crime rates dramatically dropped in the early 90s. While statistically theatrical attendance remains strong, Chad Troutwive, Producer of the movie believes that, "The Freakonomics distribution model embraces technology, allowing us to engage filmgoers who understandably prefer a theatrical experience." iTunes currently offers two versions of the film, a standard definition rental for $10, and a high definition rental for $11.
