Timecard feature gives browser access for reports

Marketcircle has launched Billings Pro 1.0, a new application for company-wide time billing and invoicing. The application's user interface is built from Marketcircle's Billings title and the synchronization technology is borrowed from the company's Daylite CRM application, adding support for large numbers of users. The software introduces Timecard, a web interface for multiple users to track time, mileage and expenses. Users can access Timecard from desktop browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer as well as mobile browsers on the iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry devices.

Billings Pro includes over 30 invoice templates, including three templates geared towards legal and professional services. It uses an approval workflow to insure that managers see invoices from employees before being sent to clients. The software can track payments, or lack of payments, set up recurring invoices and work in multiple currencies.

Billings Pro requires Mac OS X 10.6 or higher and 1GB of RAM. The accompanying iPhone app works with iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4, iPod touch 3G and the iPad using the compatibility mode. It costs $200 per user, with bundles starting at $1430 for five users -- bundles include premium support.
