Application Blaster offers faster app launching

Chronos has released an upgrade to its application and document launch manager, F10 Launch Studio 3.0. The program features a launch pad that holds application icons, which can be arranged with the most frequently-used apps near the front. The company has added the Application Blaster for faster app launching, along with support for 64-bit systems. The update also brings improvements to performance and efficiency.

The latest version brings a new option to specify paths for automatic app searches, or to exclude specific paths from searches, as well as an enhanced info window for detailed program information. The ability to work with hot-keys has been improved, while the program can now auto-detect older copies of running software.

F10 Launch Studio requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or higher, with pricing set at $30 for a single-user license or $50 for a family pack of three licenses. Upgrades from earlier versions are available for $15 or $35, depending on the number of licenses.
