Apple begins shipping free iPhone Bumper cases

Refunds already issued for previous purchases
Apple has begun shipping free Bumper cases to many iPhone 4 owners who requested the accessory through the company's Case Program. Customers who already paid for a case before the special press conference have also received refunds for their purchase.
The free case can be obtained by downloading the iPhone 4 Bumper Program app from the App Store. Users can then sign in using their iTunes Store account or Apple ID. The program includes Apple's own Bumpers, along with several third-party cases.
The Case Program extends to anyone who already purchased an iPhone 4 and those who plan on buying the handset before September 30.
