Leaves little room to criticize reception
Apple has reportedly sent out a customer satisfaction survey to a small portion of iPhone 4 owners. The form is mostly generic, addressing topics common of product surveys, such as overall satisfaction with the device and whether a person would recommend an iPhone to others. It also asks which phones a person might have previously owned, however, and for ratings on specific features like durability, FaceTime and the Retina Display.
The survey lacks a way of rating the iPhone 4 on its reception, other than through a basic "Phone" category. While likely not a deliberate choice on Apple's part, the gap could somewhat skew the company's perception of public opinion. The iPhone 4 has received much media criticism for its "death grip" signal flaws, though the company has taken steps to address them and said only a small number of complaints have been received.

I think......
I think i'd have to check very satisfied for everything except multi-tasking, which i'd check as somewhat satisfied. I think there should be an easier way to kill an app.
