Aero case comes in five different colors
RadTech and USBfever have each announced new iPhone 4 cases: the Aero and the Tyre-Look Hard Back Cover. RadTech’s Aero is a lightweight and form-fitting case designed to guard the back and sides of a phone while improving grip via a polyurethane surface. Full access is left open for all controls and ports. The case is washable, and like others is said to improve cellular reception. Available colors include black, blue, green, purple and pink.
The Tyre-Look Hard Back Cover has been made to look like the bottom tread of a car tire. It's claimed to be both lightweight and ergonomic, and utilize an anti-dust coating. Simple access to all ports and buttons should be possible.
The Aero costs $25, while the Tyre-Look is $12.

Bold Claim!
It prevents cellular signal degradation brought on by bridging the antennas with your skin or other somewhat conductive materials.
Does it actually improve reception? Probably not.
