Syncode developers looking for buyers

myPhoneDesktop has released updates to its mobile, desktop, and web clients for sending information to an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, while the owners of Syncode have announced that they are looking to sell their company

A new update to myPhoneDesktop, a tool for sending information from a desktop computer to an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, has been released. The updated iPhone application has added compatibility with iOS 4, including multitasking support for running the software in the background. The update has also added a "Clear Data" button to each view, improved the SMS feature for composing text messages on a desktop, and incorporates support for e-mail addresses typed in URL View. In addition, the desktop and web clients have been updated with the ability to open supported document URLs in Mobile Stanza, and to send data by e-mail.

The desktop version also includes a new system menu icon for quick account switching, along with improved URL shortening, which now excludes e-mail addresses. The mobile application can be found in the App Store for $5, while desktop clients for Mac, PC, and Linux systems can be downloaded for free from the company's website.

Syncode owners looking to sell their iPhone app development company

The creators of Syncode have announced that they are currently looking to sell their company. According to a blog post on the developers site, the three high school students who currently run the company simply can't find enough time between school, social lives, and work to continue to develop their applications to the standards they desire. The company currently offers three applications in the App Store including, iTweetReply, Syncopy, and Synotes Slate/Mobile, and is open to offers on any individual products, or the company as a whole. Developers looking to get in contact with Syncode are encouraged to do so by sending an email to mail@snycode.com.au.
