Carriers discuss iPhone 4 availability

Digiarty is currently giving away free copies of its HD Video Converter for Mac, while phone carriers in Germany, India, and the Netherlands are discussing iPhone 4 availability.

Digiarty has announced that it is giving away free copies of HD Video Converter for Mac until June 20th. Supporting over 200 video and audio codecs, the app converts videos into formats compatible with a variety of devices. This includes multi-track HD videos containing several language and video tracks. Digiarty adds that it is also currently offering a small discount on DVD Ripper for Mac, bringing the price down to $36.

More international phone carriers detail iPhone 4 availability

Following last Monday's announcement of the iPhone 4 at WWDC, several international phone carriers have started to confirm the availability of the device. T-Mobile Germany has confirmed that it will begin to take pre-orders for the iPhone 4 on the 15th, and through a Twitter update informed that it will be an exclusive carrier. T-Mobile will also be offering the iPhone 4 in the Netherlands, with the handset being released sometime in July. The Indian branch of Vodafone has meanwhile announced that it will launch the device "in the coming months." This may be by the end of September.
