MacTech Conference to take place in Nov

IK Multimedia is currently offering a new promotion that allows users to purchase three virtual instruments for the price of one. The Virtual Instrument Extravaganza Group Buy promotion will run until the end of July and applies to a select list of plug-ins. To take advantage of the deal customers must first purchase and register one of the full crossgrade version plug-ins from the following list: SampleTank® 2.5 XL, Sonik Synth 2, Miroslav Philharmonik, SampleMoog or SampleTron. Customers will then be given the option to download two more options from the list at no charge. In addition, if 1000 users participate in the new promotion, each customer will receive another virtual instrument of their choice free of charge.

MacTech Conference to be held later this year in LA

Later this year MacTech will be holding the first ever MacTech Conference for IT pros and Mac developers. The conference, which is set to run from November 3rd to 5th, will be held in Los Angeles and will be separated into two different tracks. The first track will include sessions and activities focused on IT, while the other will be geared towards programming and development. During the day attendees will be able to participate in sessions and activities, while evenings will provide the opportunity to meet and greet.
