don't buy refurbished from eCost - it's too risky
I love getting the deals from this site - but it makes be crazy when eCost is listed. From my experience, and many others (you'll see if you google search - "ecost complaints") Buying a new product, probably okay, but if you purchase a refurb product, and have ANY problem - too bad, it's your problem and eCost's policy is to let you deal with it - like contacting the OEM to arrange repair.
I thinks it's worth a few extra bucks to shop elsewhere.
