Two DJs announce iPad performances
iPresentee has launched five new iWeb themes geared towards use for business websites, while DJ Dave Jam and DJ Bizarre have announced plans to incorporate two iPads into several live performances
iPresentee has released iWeb Themes for Business 7.0, which includes five new themes to be used with Apple's website building application, iWeb. The package includes Clock, Golden, Relax, Architecture, and Business World, each available in standard or Flash versions. In addition to the standard editable objects included in the basic themes, the Flash variant allows users to add an animated background to any of their pages. Each theme also includes twelve templates that can be used to quickly set up pages for a variety of purposes, such as a home page, contact page, support page, and more. The themes can be purchased individually for $10, or as a package of 5 themes for $30.
DJs to incorporate iPads into live performances
Two European DJ's have announced plans to perform several sets using two iPad's instead of turntables. DJ Dave Jam and DJ Bizarre will be using Tonetable, an $8 virtual turntable application created by inklen, for their presentations of RnB mixes and mashups. Announced dates include June 4th in Switzerland, and June 10th, 11th, and 12th at different locations in Croatia. The two DJs have also announced that these performances will be broadcast live on USTREAM, with streams starting around 11pm local time.
