Computer contents shown in single interface
Raskin has introduced its self-titled interface utility that provides an alternative to standard Mac desktops. The visual user interface presents a variety of content on a single surface, while allowing users to view, arrange and open documents using zoom and pan navigation.
The utility takes advantage of pinch-to-zoom functionality to replicate the experience of an iPhone or iPad, but on a the Mac desktop. Users can arrange content to avoid using Finder or opening multiple files and folders.
Raskin is now available directly from the company for $20 until June 14, when the price will revert to $50.

Raskin 1.0 crash
Thought I'd try the Raskin alternate Mac interface; it crashed almost right away (10.6.3 iMac Core Duo). Seems not ready for public consumption. (:-(
