Brings lens correction, key cameras

Following several weeks after the last beta release, Adobe has posted the final version of Camera Raw 6.1. The software supports various cameras' RAW formats within Photoshop. New is support for 10 more cameras, including the Canon EOS 550D (Rebel T2i), Kodak Z981, Sony A450, Panasonic G2 and G10, and the Olympus E-PL1 and E-600.

The remaining cameras are medium format models intended for professionals, namely the Mamiya DM40, and Leaf's Aptus-II 8 and Aptus-II 10R digital backs. The v6.1 update is also the first to introduce lens correction profiles, which can be used to automatically correct for vignetting, distortion and chromatic aberrations. Custom profiles can be made with the separate Lens Profile Creator.

The Camera Raw patch is 62MB, and only applicable to Photoshop CS5.
