New GizmoCase offers built-in bottle opener
Speck, iPhone CAZE, and Barefoot Innovations have all unveiled new iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS protective cases. Speck’s “Artsproject” line of fitted iPhone cases now has four new limited-edition designs, including Funky, Flower Girl, Peace Will Come, and Boy vs. Dragon Number 5. Each of these cases features a fabric-wrapped hard shell that guards the back and sides of an iPhone, and offer access to all ports, controls and sensors. With the addition of these four new designs the total number of Fitted Artsproject cases has now been extended to 14.
iPhone CAZE’s new Zero 5 UltraThin Matte case is said to be the world’s thinnest iPhone case with a thickness of only 0.5mm. Originally released in a Clear and Black design, the new black Matte case is the latest addition to the line of Zero 5 cases and provides the same guard against scrapes and scratches. Aside from the case users also receive one mirror screen protector, an anti-fingerprint screen protector, and a microfiber cleaning cloth with each purchase.
With the new GizmoCase from Barefoot Innovations users get a low-friction silicone skin, and a scratch resistant polycarbonate hard case with water resistant coating. Unlike usual iPhone 3G and 3GS cases, this device offers an integrated twist-top bottle opener and a credit card slot that can hold up to four cards at once. Additionally, the Gizmo Lanyard is also included with the case, which allows users to wear the iPhone around their neck. Sold separately from the case is the company’s compatible Gizmo Holster that can be used to keep the iPhone at the user’s side while still providing access to the credit card slot.
All new iPhone 3G/3GS cases are currently available for purchase, and priced at $40 for the ArtsProject cases, $20 for the new Zero 5, and $30 for the GizmoCase with bottle opener.
