Dell memo shows larger tablets in store

Dell's plans to launch multiple tablet sizes was confirmed today through a memo today. Both 7- and 10-inch adaptations of the Mini 5 are on the way and have been given rudimentary mockups. The source of the early notice told Engadget the 7-inch version would ship by the end of 2010 while the 10-inch version would arrive in early 2011.

Technical details were still unknown, but it's probable these would also use Android with ARM processors. The Mini 5 also has a camera and HD video playback, but it has relatively little storage.

Also included are a mention that the Mini 5 itself appears to have been pushed back from spring to summer and that the Aero officially ships in June.
