Content migrated via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth

Mark/Space has introduced an update to The Missing Sync for Android. Version 1.3 adds the ability to sync a PC or Mac with an Android handset without using a cable. Users can choose either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth options to sync content such as contacts, music, photos, or other files. The update also offers notes syncing, as the company's Fliq Notes app is now available for the Android platform.

Along with the new syncing options, the PC version now provides the same ringtone editor that had been available in the Mac version of the software. Users can also archive text messages from their handsets, allowing the history to be stored and searched on a computer.

The Missing Sync for Android 1.3 is now available as a free update for current owners of earlier versions, while new users can purchase the software for $40. Supported handsets include devices such as the Motorola Droid, Google Nexus One, HTC Hero, Motorola Cliq, T-Mobile myTouch, G1, and others.
