QuickerTek intros carry handle for MacBook Air

updated 09:20 pm EDT, Wed March 31, 2010

Handle connects to existing screws

QuickerTek has expanded its line of notebook accessories with a new carry handle designed for the MacBook Air. The handle runs across the back of the notebook, attaching below each hinge using existing holes for the case screws. The design elevates the keyboard while helping to cool the device by increasing airflow below the housing.

The handle is constructed of aluminum, with a coating claimed to be resistant to slips or scratches. QuickerTek claims the attachment method allows users to remove the handle without marring the surface of the computer.

The MacBook Air carry handle is now available directly from the company for $80, which includes a one-year warranty on parts and labor. QuickerTek also offers a range handles for other MacBook models.

    Worst website ever

Well - quickertek website is not the worst. godaddy is the worst, but quickertek is close behind.

No pics, no specs, no nothing. Just a order button. Site looks like it was made on Frontpage in Windows 95.
