Ngmoco is set to release six games specifically designed for the iPad, according to a GamePro report. The company is working in collaboration with its recent acquisition, Freeverse, to prepare several games for availability shortly after the iPad begins shipping.
"Between us and Freeverse, we will have about six or so iPad titles around the launch" said Ngmoco CEO Neil Young.
The space trading game Warp Gate, developed by Freeverse, "looks gorgeous" on the iPad, according to Young. "We might do Dropship," he added. "That game hadn't performed as well as we'd hoped and it was really easy to do, plus it will look great on the larger screen."
Ngmoco has yet to announce specific details regarding the full iPad lineup.
