updated 03:35 pm EDT, Thu March 18, 2010

Lineup to be debuted at CTIA 2010

Scosche has announced its 2010 netbook accessory lineup, which includes several new products such as headphones, chargers, and cases, among other items. The new skyCASTER wireless headphones feature an integrated microphone for gaming or VoIP calls. An included USB dongle works as a transmitter, with a claimed range of up to 100 feet over the 2.4GHz band.

New accessories for power and charging include the inVERT, netVOLT Car and netVOLT Home. The inVERT is a 100W power inverter that allows users to charge or run their netbook from a 12V power socket. The 50W netVOLT Car works as a universal netbook charger with an additional USB port, while the netVOLT Home is a universal netbook charger that provides 40W of power from standard wall outlets.

Schoshe's latest netbook protection products include the netSUIT PRO carrying case for netbooks or iPads, the netSUIT reversible sleeve, and sCLEAN screen cleaner. The company will also offer the netKIT, a package which includes a clear protective skin, screen protector, spray cleaner, microfiber cloth, and a LCD guard that doubles as a mouse pad.

Along with the car and home chargers, the 2010 series will include the blueLIFE low-profile Bluetooth USB adapter, the memoREAD card reader with flush-folding USB connection, and the fanBASE portable netbook cooling stand.

Many of the new items are already available, although several products are listed as out of stock from Scosche's website. Prices range from $15 for the memoREAD, up to $120 for the skyCASTER.

iPad Pedestal Base for better viewing

I am using a stand called the Pedestal Base for the iPad. I love the product because it looks like the pedestals you see at the Apple Store that display the iPad, found it at http://newpcgadgets.com/products/ipad_pedestal/index.html
