Mac OS X 10.6.3 dev build fixes several bugs

updated 01:20 pm EDT, Wed March 17, 2010

Final version expected in near future

Apple has reportedly seeded Mac OS X 10.6.3 build 10D571 to developers, right on the heels of another version released less than two weeks ago. The company has asked users to focus on testing graphics drivers, iChat, QuickTime, and fonts, according to MacRumors.

Although there is still a bug related to Software Update, the latest build is said to fix problems related to background message colors in Mail. Machines using BTMM and the Bonjour Sleep Proxy now properly stay in standby mode, rather than waking unexpectedly.

Apple has yet to announced when it will release the final version of OS X 10.6.3, although it is expected sometime in the near future.
