DRO Carbon Fiber Shield released

Benedict Lowndes, developer of WindowFlow, has announced the release of a beta version of the desktop organization utility, while DRO has launched a new, lightweight carbon fiber case for the iPhone

Benedict Lowndes has a WindowFlow beta for Mac OS X. The software allows users to organize their workspace with a series of keyboard commands for moving, resizing, and aligning application windows. A tiling function enables users to select a group of windows to fill the screen in a selected tile layout. The beta release is available as a free 14-day trial, or users may opt to purchase the standard or pro versions at a discounted price of $8 or $12, respectively. Following the final release, the price will rise to $12 for the standard version and $22 for the Pro version.

A new iPhone case has been released by DRO Concepts. The Carbon Fiber Shield for iPhone 3GS uses a combination of carbon fiber and kevlar composites to provide lightweight protection. The inside of the case is coated in a soft material to help prevent scratching, while the outer shell helps prevent damage from falls or drops. The case is currently available online for $70 and also includes a D-shield anti-static screen guard for protecting the glass touchscreen.
